1. Order & Shipping

A split shipment is when a single order containing multiple products is sent in separate shipments. You will receive more than one package even though you have ordered everything together.

Ex: If you have placed order for 2 or more than 2 different dresses, your order will be delivered in separate shipments.

If you have used Cash on Delivery method your payment will be split in parts, you can find the amount of shipment on packet at the time of delivery.

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard delivery time for the India covered by our delivery partners is 3 to 6 days.

We currently ship to all over India (26000 pin codes)

Once you have placed your order, it will take 24 to 48 hours to dispatch, Once your order is dispatched we will send you email of the link to track your order.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from “order” section on your account page on the website.

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to your location.

 
 

2. Payment

You can make purchase on our website using all debit or credit cards, Net banking, UPI & Wallet.

We additionally support for Cash on delivery (COD)

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Majestykart.

3. Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see our Refund/Return Policy.

RETURN PROCESS

If your order meets Return Policy terms and you want to Return your product please follow below steps:
1) Go to My Account
2) Click on Orders
3) Select order which you want return
4) Click on Return option under action tab
(If your order is according to rules of our “Refund/Return Policy” then only it can be refunded)
6) Select your reason for return and Upload Images of product/issues then submit your request.

After this you will get an email notifications of your return request status.

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when filling up refund form.

If your return request is approved you will receive an “Approved Refund Request” email notification with refund payment related details and return pickup schedule details, Once your return item is picked up you will receive refund amount within 48 hours after pickup.

Yes returns are free. If they match Acceptable terms (mentioned in our refund/return policy)
